1. Introduction

• You must not be a current or former employee of ck8 or any affiliated company or contractor involved in operating the platform.

3. Account Registration & Verification

All players must complete a full registration process to use ck8's features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Any false information provided is grounds for immediate account closure without return of funds.

KYC Verification

ck8 operates a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) policy to comply with anti-money laundering standards and to protect our players. You may be required to submit the following documents before deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims are approved:

• Government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence issued in Bangladesh)

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

ck8 supports instant deposits and withdrawals exclusively through Bangladesh-local payment methods. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We do not accept cryptocurrency, international wire transfers, or credit cards as payment methods at this time.

Deposit Conditions

• Minimum single deposit: ৳500. Maximum single deposit: ৳200,000. Deposits are credited instantly to your ck8 wallet upon confirmation.
• Accepted payment providers: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Visa/Mastercard where available.
• You may only deposit from accounts or cards registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned minus any processing fees.
• ck8 reserves the right to apply fraud checks on large deposits and may delay credit pending clearance of those checks.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000. Standard processing time: within 24 hours for verified accounts. Processing may take up to 72 hours during high-volume periods such as BPL season or Eid.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment account used for your most recent deposit (same-source rule) unless KYC verification has confirmed an alternative account in your name.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to a bonus must be fully completed before a withdrawal of bonus funds or related winnings can be initiated.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ck8 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to reward loyal players and welcome new members from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, and across Bangladesh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion and the general conditions below.

• Welcome bonuses are available to newly registered players only. One welcome bonus per household, IP address, and payment method.
• Rollover requirements (wagering requirements) must be met within 30 calendar days of bonus activation. Uncompleted rollovers expire and unused bonus funds are forfeited.
• Free spins are valid for 7 days from issue date. Winnings from free spins carry a standard rollover requirement before withdrawal is permitted.
• ck8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are not combinable unless explicitly stated.

Players found to be abusing promotional offers — including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts, using VPNs to simulate a different location, or engaging in matched betting strategies — will have their accounts suspended and all associated funds voided.

6. Betting Rules & Fair Play

All bets placed on ck8 — whether on cricket, slots, live casino, or crash games — are governed by the individual game rules provided by the respective game provider, alongside the following platform-wide rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. ck8 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed wager under any circumstances.
• RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each game are set by the respective provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, etc.) and are publicly available in each game's information panel.
• In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or server failure that interrupts an active bet session, ck8 will review logs and credit the player fairly according to the recorded game state at the point of interruption.
• ck8 prohibits the use of any software, bot, automated script, or algorithm designed to gain an unfair advantage. Violation results in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
